What is most important to us

There is a saying that rabbits are counted after the hunt. That is why the assessment of the year just ending today cannot be complete. Still, we can already look back a little and share with you what it has brought.

When companies evaluate the year that has just passed, they usually look at it in terms of sales or take stock of what new products have been launched. We can't stay aside and not mention the increase in turnover by tens of percent, the new Repetitor knife, the bayonet for the Bren 2 rifle that we produce for COLT CZ GROUP or the the Czechoslovak Air Cord Pattern 27, but it was also important to expand the space in the Museum of Knifemaking Tradition, the development of robotization in our Narex Bystřice plant, the support of the Military Solidarity Fund, Knife Festival with record participation and there are probably many more.

All of this is of course essential, but we still do not consider it the main thing. So what is the most important thing for us? We realised this recently when we were evaluating a small campaign with an external marketing firm. In fact, their report included the sentence, "In the analysis we did, we found that your customers really like you."

Yes, the most important people to us are you, our customers. You are rightfully strict and demanding of us, which motivates us to do our best work. But we know you root for us not only because we are a Czech company, but because you find our knives to be high quality, beautiful and useful. Now over 8 thousand members of our fan club are proof of that.
